• Technical Skills: Proficiency in HVAC system maintenance and a strong commitment to safety management, including OSHA training and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Management & Operations: Extensive experience as a Building Maintenance Supervisor and Resident Manager, along with strong business management, customer service, leasing, and contract administration skills.
